HI 2316 is a benchtop instrument cluster for conductivity measurements (in 4 different scales) and resistivity.
To conductivity, calibration is a simple procedure to a point that you are working on a knob on the front panel.
probe supplied requires no recalibration when changing the scale reading. In addition, the conductivity probe, powered by 4-ring platinum, is equipped with a built in temperature sensor, which allows the automatic compensation of readings, with a coefficient adjustable from 0 to 2.5% through a knob on the front panel.
For measures resistivity, the instrument is calibrated at the factory and, if necessary, the calibration can be adjusted by adjusting a trimmer on the back panel.
The HI 3316D resistivity probe is easy to clean and requires little maintenance. Is also equipped with a temperature sensor that allows the automatic compensation of the readings, with a coefficient adjustable from 2 to more than 7%. Both probes use the same DIN connector on the rear panel of the instrument, which is able to automatically recognize the connected probe.
