Glycol – Range (Present/Absent)
Glycol is largely used in cooling systems and as an antifreeze. Its presence in motor oil indicates a leak in the cooling system or in the engine. HANNA®’ HI 3859 can be used for aqueous, as well as oily solutions, and determines the presence of glycol.
